Over a decade ago, I left the UK in search of warmer climes (I wouldn't be British if I didn't mention the weather, right?) and settled in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Less than a year later, I started WashDrop. Since then, we've grown into Thailand’s largest and most trusted on-demand laundry delivery service.
What started as an idea over an English Breakfast Tea at Starbucks Thapae Gate has become a 50+ person team serving thousands of customers across Bangkok and Chiang Mai.
These days, my focus is on building efficient and intuitive systems, solving real-world problems, and guiding our team as we keep finding better ways to delight and serve our customers.
